AT&T buy one get one, selling one?

Is anyone taking advantage of the buy one get one free from AT&T and then selling one? I was going to buy one for myself and sell the second and let my daughter use my old 6S. Is that viable?

You "CAN" sell it, but it will be AT&T locked as they usualy do bill credits not actually free so it will technically be considered financed for the full length of time of the other one. Unless you are paying cash?

You have to subscribe to Direct TV with that deal and you have to finance through Next. You can't pay cash for it. They credit back in bill payments each month for 24-30mo Next plan. If you pay off sooner than your Next installment length , the credits stop. Only is free if you keep the plan for two years. You can sell it, but you have to keep making the installments for the whole length of the Next plan
