Apple's site was all messed up for so long that I ordered one through AT&T at about 1:30am PST. Other than the ordered placed, where it shows it is there in Pending... I never received any type of confirmation email. Now, I had already satisfied my 2-year contract and was able to do the no-commitment pricing of $299.00. Now under that phone line under upgrade... it shows I am again upgradeable on 06-16-11. So something went through to change that time frame. Makes it a bit easier knowing atleast something is going on.

No commitment price of $299? That is the price with a 2 year agreement. Non-commitment would be $699.
