I just got a text from AT&T about there being a class action settlement and that I am apparently eligible for benefits. Simply put, I know there's a way to get out of paying an ETF if your contract is modified in any way, even a little bit, can I use this class action settlement to get out of an ETF?

and it has to raise cost for you directly. Remember big guys know contract law a hell of a lot better than you do so chances are they never would do something that would void the contract because they know that it would hit the next and the masses would and could use it.

the cost of the services ATT contracts out. Taxes and fees imposed by city, state, federal agencies are not included in those "changes", as ATT does not have control of those line items.
