AT&T credit check on apple store website question.

So my dad did it and they accept but there were no iPhones available so he couldn't do anything and turn on computer today from yesterday
Now it says you need to do a deposit but the account is completely gone and its not there. What happen? And it doesn't make sense to do a credit check run twice if they already did last night now stupid AT&T says the account doesn't exist. It doesn't even say how much amount for a deposit.

You need to work this out with AT&T. They should not re-run his credit. Did he fill something out? I'd hope so otherwise they should't have ran credit. My guess is if he never filled something out then they may not have actually ran the credit.
