AT&T data outage over 3G in N. Virginia?

Is anyone else around Arlington VA unable to get data (browse or email) via 3G? I've checked informally with a few other folks using Blackberry's and iPhones. Voice and SMS works fine but data is not working since around 10 AM this morning.

I'm not in NoVA but I had the same issue from about 12:30pm to 3pm yesterday in Baltimore.
