AT&T delay issue

When I answer phone calls I end up saying hello twice, seems consistently there's a delay when answering calls. They never hear me at first.

Anyone else get this?

I had the same issue with my 4s and it still happens occasionally with my 5. So I'm assuming its on AT&T end.
