Yeah so i got my last bill which was suppose to be the ETF + any charges like if i went over my minutes or any text message, etc. They charged me a total of $ .20 for a text message i received... thats it! I think they ****ed up =D

I just reported this to ATT and they will be checking your account.
Seriously now, how long did you have the service for, more than 30 days?
 
yeah but that was a case in california and its not like its an official thing.
 
ok don't worry you payed your last bill with last charges but ETF is calculated a month after service is ended, so you will be expecting a bill of 175 plus federal tax of about 26 dollars, totalling to about 201 dollars for ETF...I know it's ridiculous if possible you can fight and get the taxes of since ETF is not a type of service if you get someone nice they might waive it.
