I don't know if this is the appropriate forum, but my Dad called AT&T yesterday to upgrade our DSL package from Pro to Elite. Today is Sunday and I still haven't experienced the increased speed, even though I reset our modem/router. Any ideas? I'm not angry or anything, just curious to see how long it takes before the upgrade is complete.
