I have not seen another post that address this but I think we should get organized against AT&T. I asked the AT&T customer service rep who took my call to lodge a complaint to her supervisor (she had already received a bunch today). I said that I would move to Verizon with their awesome LTE coverage if AT&T does not change this policy. She also gave me this address to write a letter of complaint:
