I can not state how many times i have called trying to get MMS capabilities onto my freaking iPhone.... i called at least 3-4 times last night, and 4-5 times yet today and every single time they tell me "It's just not possible right now". BS. I have seen the other forums up here, people HAVE called and gotten it taken care of! i have the hacked .ipcc on my phone, i have the little camera button in the messages application, but it doesn't work because they simply REFUSE to activate it for me! As of right now, the whole "Link Method" doesn't work for me either! NEVER HAS. I was amazed when i was messing around with my friends iPhone and she got a link because someone had sent her a MMS! So i blatantly told the AT&T rep today that the link method has NEVER worked for me! She said she apologizes, but there is NOTHING she can do at this time. But i can always wait until this summer (Wouldn't even disclose a date) for everything a normal phone can do, right? Jeez, i seriously can't wait until Apple figures out AT&T is CRAP.

AT&T isn't ignoring you, they're just refusing to let you use a hack. They have publicly stated that MMS will not be enabled for iPhone users until later this summer.
It may suck that they aren't turning MMS on for iPhone users, but you can't expect AT&T to support an unsupported hack.

Maybe MacRumors needs a grace period. Something like: You cannot create any new threads before having posted at least 100 posts.
What's the big deal with MMS anyways? Everyone I talk to either has an iPhone or a blackberry or a WinMo smartphone. Therefore I just send the picture via email. I just don't understand. EMAIL=FREE MMS=PAY.

Maybe not such a bad idea but then you might have people posting random crap in other threads which could be just as bad.
i guess this was me just trying to vent. this is what set me off, but this added on to the random and VERY frequent call fails when i have full signal.... the various and also frequent text message failures, and then this on top of it...

where are you from... in the two years I have had an iPhone i may have had 1 or 2 dropped calls. and Text failures under 10 in two years ( that I can remember )
