It seems a few of us gave up on AT&T.com, Apple.com & the Apple store itself.
I hear that tons of you whom ordered online got a conformation, but what about you in-store folks? Get anything?
If I remember correctly for the 3GS, My conformation did not come for three days, and all was well. But the 3gs did not have a massive shortage after day one like this. I also pre-orderd my 3GS in store.
My order number is XS1572******* (it's under the bar code on the receipt.) (yeah the ***** represents some more letters, i'm not that stupid
)
When I type in the # on the bottom of my 3GS receipt, it shows my 3GS order, so I know AT&T's system will recognize the code under the bar-code. But when I enter my 4 # from today, nothing.... Just an error code.

Call the phone # same thing.
If this were the 3gs launch I would not be worrying, but since I have no conformation, and they are all sold out, I have a felling, I wont be getting it launch day.
I placed my order at 10:31 AM PST, which is 1:31 PM EST, which AT&T said pre-orders later than "early afternoon" will not be available until after June 25th. So I just have that felling I was cut off...
I had my pre-order set to be shipped to an Att store for in store pickup.
My Credit card did have the charge.
I did get two emails, but neither were conformations.
one was "AT&T Online Device Tutorials"
and this "Information about your AT&T plan"
