AT&T iPhone 4S Add new line to existing Family Plan

Hey everyone.!

When it's time to pre-order, how do I go about pre-ordering the iPhone 4S and adding it to my current Family Plan? My fiancee wants to switch over from T-mobile and port over her number. What is the easiest way and what order do I do all this in?
