Carrier AT &T : iphone 5S Trade In Options

I am currently on AT&T 2 year contract that is ending in dec. I really want to upgrade to a iphone 6S plus as soon as possible. I am clear about At&T Next and other options. Only help i need is to find what are my best options to trade my iphone 5S with respective to trade value.
