Purchased an AT&T Iphone 6 plus from the Apple Online store at full price. Is it unlocked or only ones purchased at Apple B&M?

I've never seen a full price ATT iPhone 6 listed on Apple's website... only T-Mobile. How did you order it online?

I am not sure exactly how I did it. The total price was 949 plus tax for 128GB 6+. I opted out of next and did not want the early upgrade price.

I was not available for an upgrade so I had the choice between 949 or att next and chose the full price.
