My sisters-boyfriend family are gladly allowing me to join their family plan on At&t since my family is stuck on Sprint. I know I have to pay $199-$299 for the phone, but the family rates confuse me. Now, there are already three people on the plan, and I'm going to be the fourth. Does the iPhone have its own kind of plan, or is there some special discount price or something? Help? :/

You will have the standard extra line fee (usually $9.99 depending on your plan) plus the $15 or $25 data plan, and taxes.

Like stated before its going to be the $9.99+ plus that data plan you choose, then however you guys choose to split the bill for minutes.

10 dollars a line plus your data, then everyone shares the mins, then texting will be just you or an everyone unlimited plan.

Also, text messages. If they pay for an unlimted family text plan you should offer to pay for 1/4 of it. If they don't, you have to decide how many you want to pay for.

You should have the pricing set before you join, so you know exactly what your getting into.
