I know that a (non-insignificant) number of us that ordered through ATT were hit with an error of some kind (likely an email saying their order was changed to Pending and to call them, and/or a message saying something like "Don't want your order cancelled? Call us").
When I called in, I was then told that there was an error with the order and they would have to cancel then "reprocess" it, essentially placing a new order for me. I was then assured by a rep (multiple times, I kept reiterating the fact and had him confirm it, but not like that means anything concrete) that the order would definitely be arriving by me original order's date of 11/3. After this call (and signing the T&C form he emailed me), I had no further emails or texts from ATT, and saw, unsurprisingly that my new order's delivery date was somewhere in mid-December.
Those that have a similar issue, please post how accurate the above as for you, your specific experiences with an ATT rep, and your new order's times and statuses.
