Carrier AT&T LTE iPad Air 2 Purchase

Does anyone know:

1. Does the ATT stores have the new iPad Air2 in stock for immediate purchase and pick-up?

2. Can you buy the AT&T version AT the apple store on the $31.50 payment plan or does that have to be done at the ATT store only?

The AT&T stores do not have them in stock. They can't even keep up with the pre-orders. I ordered a 128GB Space Gray on October 16th, and it is expected to ship sometime between 10/27-31.

In regards to the payment plan, I believe that can only be done either online or through the AT&T store. I don't think the apple store supports that. If they do, then I will cancel my order and go to the Apple Store where I know they are in stock.
