Hi guys,

I bought an AT&T 4G iPad on launch day and I signed up for a data plan with AT&T. Just a couple of minutes ago I noticed that my iPad started to display LTE instead of the "4G" that I was getting since I got the iPad almost two weeks ago.

I ran a speed test and sure enough, I got 20mbps down and 18mbps up.

I was not expecting to get LTE here in STL until at least summer, it was an unexpected surprise.

Anyone else has gotten LTE in the STL area?

I got rid of my iPhone and went to Verizon in December - somewhat because the iPhone was pi$$ing me off and mostly because of 4G.

If I had known that AT&T was rolling it out this fast I would have waited!

That's not to say, though, that I don't love the VZW speeds on both my new iPad and my Droid.
