AT&T LTE working for Detroit Suburbs?

I got my iPhone 5 yesterday and saw that I was using LTE in areas that are not available on AT&T LTE coverage maps. Since yesterday I have tested LTE in:

1. Grosse Pointe, MI
2. Ypsilanti, MI

Anyone else seen similar thing?
