My contract ended Oct 2 and I called to pay the ETF on it ($95) so I could upgrade. She processed it but then said that it automatically waived. So when I logged out of ATT Wireless and back in, it showed my upgrade available.

Against my better judgment I did it at AT&T website instead of Apple because it showed 14-21 days and Apple showed 3-4 weeks. So hoping I can get it slightly sooner.

Was also able to set it to deliver to my office which is great as they often arrive earlier.

Unless something changed, that is 14-21 BUSINESS days. So it is really 3 to 4 weeks.
