Does Verizon have an app just like AT&T My Spot so we can report signal problems on certain locations? I switched to Verizon and kind of disappointed with the speed as per the test result I attached. I work at downtown San Diego, CA and in a building at 11th floor, I wonder if that has a factor in speed?
