AT&T New Line iPhone5 Switch

I have a family plan with 2 lines. Neither are eligible for an upgrade. I want to add a 3rd line, but then take the iphone 5 for my old line and shuffle the other phones around.

Can Apple do this or do I have to buy from AT&T?

The new line will have a 2 year obligation, as reported here about 3,674 times in the past few days.

Not sure if Apple can do the switch. They can add the line.

Personally, I would deal direct with ATT since they have DIRECT access to your account.
