I have a 6 plus, and my wife has a 6. Both were ordered last year via AT&T Next 12, and both have fulfilled the 12 months of payments needed to be eligible for a trade-in/upgrade. When we originally got the phones, I think my wife's account had the Plus/IMEI instead of the 6, but I double checked and that was fixed with AT&T.

I was able to preorder my 6s Plus without issue, but have been unable to order the 6s for my wife.

Every attempt on Apple, after it says the line is eligible for a next upgrade, comes back with "AT&T has reported a problem with the information related to your phone previously purchased using AT&T Next. Before you can upgrade, please contact AT&T and update your phone information (IMEI)"

Any attempt on AT&T simply says "we're having trouble determining the value of your trade in, please contact us"

After 2 hours on the phone and a trip to the AT&T store, no one knows how to fix it. They had me turn off "Find my IPhone" on both my wife and my phones, but nothing worked.

Anyone encounter something similar and manage to resolve it?
Frustrated and wondering if I can just switch to T-Mobile.
