1) Is it possible to change shipping address? (I've order an iPhone in the past and noticed the shipping address is set to the account's billing address by default)
2) Has any received these options (in the picture below) when trying to upgrade on AT&T Next? Ordered an iPhone 6 last week and it didn't give me these options until I was switched over to the 30GB promotional Mobile Share plan. It's not giving me an option to not select any (I don't want to worry about prorated charges)
