My mom and I have 2 lines with AT&T (10GB Mobile Share). She went on contract January 2013. Because of that, we both qualify for the $15 pricing. The total we pay is about $130 with our discount. My line is completely out of contract, my mom has until January. My question is:

If I preorder her the iPhone 6 (4.7) will her line get to keep the $15 pricing, or will it go up to $40 (even though we're not doing another contract)?

Thanks

If you go with NEXT, you keep paying the $15 pricing but they'll add iPhone payments to your bill. 16GB would be about $28/mo

If you sign a 2 year agreement, you pay MORE. Back to $40/mo for two years, plus the $199 up front purchase and a $40 upgrade fee.

In your case, Next is almost certainly the way to go.
