Two questions - Can I preorder through apple site tonight, and choose next program ?

How many days would I get to return the phone and reverse the next program if I don't like the phone ? 14 days or 3 days ?

As long as you don;t currently have a Next phone to trade in you can order from Apple.com

Would that also reverse the upgrade ? I read somewhere that you have 14 days to return but for the upgrade to be reverse, you have only 3 days.
