I have a little streak of scratches on my 5s. It's noticeable under direct light. Otherwise, it's ok. It doesn't impair the function of the screen at all. Will AT&T still take the phone? What are some circumstances in which they won't take it??

I don't think you will have a problem. It says this "Eligible trade-in: eligible iPhones in good and fully functional condition". I don't think they are expecting perfect used phones. When I traded in my 4S, they didn't even examine it. They just turned it on checked my IME's on my new i6 and the 4S and that was it. As long as you ordered or bought your i6 before 9/30 you are good to go. I brought it to a store though for an immediate credit, didn't want to mail it in.

So kinda bad news. Somehow Apple's leather case didn't protect my phone from a fall and the band around the phone is slightly bent. I have to mail in the phone since my Plus was ordered online. How bad will that affect this?
