Hi everyone,

Does anyone have experience with trading in an old AT&T Next device? Do you need to include the power cord and adapter or just the device. It doesn't seem to mention it anywhere on the various AT&T help websites, so I thought I would poll the collective expertise here.

Thanks!

I did my trade in all online and, although it was slow, worked fine. Once I received the trade in email from AT&T, boxed up the old iPhone 4 (didn't include charger or anything else) and sent it off. Just received my AT&T card in the mail yesterday. Took a little less than 2 months.

I ended up including the cable and charger. My device was an iPad and they have tried to give me the runaround twice about trading it in after 12 months. Didn't want to give them any excuse.

Thanks everyone!
