I am getting the run-around with the AT&T Next Trade-in. For those of you who bought a phone through Apple, how did you trade in your old phone? AT&T is giving me the run around. They refused to take it when I tried to trade it in. Now they are telling me to turn it in to Apple. Apple is saying that they only take it through their Recycle and Reuse program for credit. HELP! AT&T is charging me. (I've been trying to figure this out since September!)

I got the runaround at first too, with AT&T saying to return it to the store, then ship it, couldn't give me a label, etc. Then I found that if you go lookup your order on Apples site there is a link that says "AT&T Next Trade In Return" or something there. It allows you to print a return form and shipping label.
Now I'm just waiting for them to process the return as its been delivered for a week but not processed so they say they're going to charge me for the iPhone
