I'm trying to upgrade one line on a family plan to an iPhone 6. I get past the place where I select the phone but after inputting my user name and password I get the following:
"We're sorry, but we are experiencing a system error that prevents us from completing your request. For non iPhone related upgrades, please call Customer Care at 1-888-867-4384 and provide the error number at the beginning of this message."
Over the past few days, I have logged in within incident just to confirm my eligibility. Anyone know what might be going on? I've gone through this process 3 or 4 times always with the same result. We get an employer discount, and perhaps this has something to do with this.
