AT&T Outage in SoCal?

I've had 'no service' on my 3GS for almost 2 hours in the LA/Southern California region. I've tried restarting a few times and I may restore soon if it doesn't recover. I'm not finding any information anywhere on the web if there's any sort of outage in this area. Is anyone else having this problem right now?

my service has been out for almost 4 hours now i'm near the downtown USC area.

Sitting in Anaheim right now with full signal. A couple friends in Palos Verdes have been texting me for the last couple hours...and they both have iPhones. So it seems like it is either local...or limited to you.
