Just a friendly heads-up for the Macrumors members here in North Jersey. I've had internet problems all morning, and called AT&T. They said there's an outtage in the area and it should be resolved by the end of the day. For reference I am in Short Hills at the moment and not getting anywhere with EDGE.
Props to AT&T though, because I noticed this morning things were running slowwwwly, and then they just stopped around 11. I called them at 12 and the rep not only knew what was going on and acknowledged it, but also asked if it was interfering with my business or anything else. Being scrupulously honest, I said it wasn't, but I wonder if she was going to offer something if I had said yes. Granted, my account has one of those premier discounts on it from work, so I might have gotten a different rep than the regular CS, but she was awesomely nice.
