I have been with T-Mobile and Verizon for past iPhone releases. I switched to AT&T recently, and plan to remain with them for the 6S. My question is:

Last year, on the Apple Store, were you able to order an upgrade for your current AT&T phone at full price? I want to pay full price and not use any Next plans or anything like that. If not, were you able to do so via AT&T themselves?

I believe you can only upgrade with Next on the Apple Store website/app. You can always test out the upgrade process on the site to see.

Exactly, just go through the purchase process now and see what's offered. Nothing's likely to change when the new phones are released.
