AT&T Premier Customer iPhone 4S Pre Order Issues?

I receive a discount through my job for AT&T bill. I logged into the AT&T site and clicked the upgrade eligibility link, and received an error stating I have to call the Premier department to receive any assistance during normal business hours. Will premier customers have problems preordering through AT&T or Apple? Did any Premier people have issues last year when ordering the iPhone 4? Thanks.

No problem; as long as you are eligible for the upgrade you should be ok. You'll keep the same plan...

I went with Premier for the iPhone 4, it was a nightmare. I think maybe the activation fee was waived, but it wasn't worth it. I am going with the Apple Store online for sure this year.

I think I HAVE to use AT&T because I don't think you can add a line on apples site
