AT&T Premier had a problem with my Card for iP4 so they will just add it to my bill

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this so far. Got a call from AT&T premier today saying that they had a problem authorizing my card (Debit card with visa logo) so that instead of a charge on my card they will just add a charge of $299 to my bill which I will then just pay like I would pay my regular phone bill. Looks like they are trying to get their **** together finally.

I just got the same call and was wondering what was going on. It seems like I'm not the only one. I used a chase visa debit card btw.


I'm just glad they did not cancel it and going this route

same here. It hasn't shown up on my bill yet but they were also able to give me an order number since I still haven't gotten a confirmation email. Fingers crossed lol

I'd love to get a call.... I got an email basically to the same effect but I call and they say AT&T Premier isn't taking any calls right and to call later.. I can't even be on hold, lol

WTF is wrong with you AT&T!
