Will AT&T be offering the same preordering system where If you preorder will you receive it on launch day ? Also when are they starting pre orders anyone know ?

Sometime AFTER 12 pacific or 3am EST. Could be later and has been in the past. Both Apple and AT&T will be open for business sometime after that time.
I think last year Apple opened first and AT&T later

They are starting at 12:01. I'm sure just like with apple, you'll get it on the 20th or launch day. I am considering print from apples site instead of AT&T.
