Just a heads up in case anyone was looking for a less expensive iPhone option: My local AT&T corporate store had a deal on the Black 32gb versions of the 7 ($249) and 7+ ($349) if you buy them with 1-month of service.

The timing of this deal is also nice because AT&T Prepaid currently has a “double data” promotion, until early July, on the $50/mo plan that if you have autopay set up 1) the price drops to $40/mo and 2) you get 16gb of data per month instead of the usual 8gb.

IMO the iPhone 7 / 7+ are still fantastic phones even in 2019. Still really fast, great displays, good camera, long battery life, and the tried-and-true TouchID. For those who don’t need the latest and greatest, hate the notch, or want an inexpensive deal on a brand new iPhone with 1-year warranty this might be a good option.

FYI the phones are initially locked to AT&T but after 6-months of service you can easily request an unlock online (I did this with my iPhone SE with no issues).

Oh and in case anyone was wondering... AT&T Prepaid now has all the bells and whistles that the regular postpaid service does: VOLTE, WiFi Calling, Hotspot, Monthly Roll-Over Data, etc.

Apologies in advance though if your store doesn’t have this deal. Online at AT&T’s website it actually shows the 7 and 7+ as $50 more expensive than the in-store prices. YMMV, just wanted to pass along the info :)
