I called AT&T today and complained that I wasnt able to use my 3G service for the past month. A previous ATT rep told me they would send in a ticket and I would receive a call. I never got this call so I called back today, and they said that they dont keep track of why data i am using, only data in general. She said she cant refund me because it shows that I was using data (which was on EDGE, cuz my 3G was turned off due to its instability). Is this true, or are they just ********ting me?

I don't really see any purpose of tracking the amount of data you are using per network type for billing purposes. So that sounds about right to me.
