AT&T SMS Failed to Send

Hello All -

Has anyone been having problems with AT&T and sending SMS? All of a sudden today, about a dozen people I know in my area with AT&T cannot get a single SMS to send or receive any. I've done the usual - reset network settings, and Googled some quick fixes such as turning LTE to Data only instead of Voice & Data.

So now I am turning here to see if anyone else noticed this issue starting today.
