At&t started blocking of fileape & filedude over 3g?

As of late last evening, keep getting invalid gateway on fileape and filedude over 3g. Wifi works just fine. Anyone else?
 
I'm getting the same error every 5 minutes on WiFi so I'm pretty sure they didn't block it off.

My wifi is not affected, did a test download of a 119meg file, dowloaded fine without corruptions
