So I just purchased my beautiful 32gb Silver iPhone 5s from Best Buy at the 2yr upgrade price of $299 (really $346) and I want to go and switch my plan over to the AT&T next program. Do you think I will be able to do this and get my money back? AT&T next would just be a better option for me right now, and I want to get my money back and still keep my phone. What do you think? Do you think they will do it?

Unless you *need* the money right now, I would not. Down the line, you can sell your phone and get quite a bit of money on websites like next worth and gazelle. If AT&T gave a discount to the monthly charges then it would make more sense, but until then... I don't think that the program makes any financial sense what so ever.
