AT&T taxes and surcharges in Dallas

I'm on the fence about switching over to AT&T because of costs. Can anyone in the DFW area post what surcharges and taxes are charged to their bill? I really want to get an iPhone 4 but I also dont have to have to sell a kidney to get it...

I am a family plan with 4 iPhones... Our taxes and surcharges run about 30-40 bucks a month for all lines. In Dallas by the way.

im on the 550 minute family plan as my wife and I don't use many minutes, we also have unlimited family texting and unlimited data on my line.
