I know I know... Beating a dead horse.. But have any of you actually called AT&T and asked them about your email or text received? What was their response if you denied tethering?

And dont waste your breath on the "your stealing" or "you deserve it" comments.... I don't need a lecture.
 
From what I read on some threads is that they allowed them to stay on unlimited data plan when they deny it but if they tether again and the system detects it down the road they might have to go thru the same.
Not sure how it will play but interested to see how far AT&T pushes it.

I and my roommates haven't received any notice from AT&T and we all use MyWi.

However, my brother has received the text and he uses TetherMe to enable the stock hotspot. He called and they didn't change him, but told him they could keep tabs
