This is the second month the scumbags at AT&T have throttled my unlimited data plan at 2gb.

Got the messege that I was nearing the top 5% at 1.93gb and once I went over 2gb got throttled to less than edge speeds 0.24mbps to 0.11mbps.

Whats worse is that if you turn off 3G to use Edge data which is still faster than throttled 3G you can't it says no data connection. Scumbags I tell you

Wonder if this is even legal (i'm sure it is do to the freakin contract we all sign it is) but still pretty shaydy prctice.

Any body else having this come up with an grandfathered unlimited plan??

I've been using about 5Gb a month since June of 2009 on unlimited AT&T, never got the throttling message. There must be different regional throttling limits.
