AT&T to Verizon iPhone

I just purchased my verizon iphone today and I am having trouble getting my ringtones to want to copy onto my itunes. I had them installed onto my AT&T iPhone but when I tried to add them to Itunes to sync them to my verizon iPhone iTunes won't add them to the library to allow me to sync them. any suggestions?


also for my contacts, I tried doing a restore from my AT&T iphone back up and it just synced all of my apps and didn't transfer any of my phone numbers.

Make sure they end in .m4r, and their length is short enough. I think there is a 30-45 second limit.
