I am trading in 3 phones with AT&T. Today I received 6 trade in kits. I called AT&T to ask which kit to return which phone in, and none of the tracking numbers on the boxes matched any of the tracking numbers AT&T had on file for my phones.
Has anyone had this problem before?
I'm going to take the phones to the store and hope I can handle it that way. If you let the store have your devices, does anyone know if they give you a tracking number so you can track your trade in?
