Last year, I traded in my iphone 6s for the 7 through AT&T's trade in program. They were supposed to take money off of my bill for a enough months that would equal the cost of the phone. They did for a bit and then I got a letter saying I didn't qualify for the program and they sent me a $250(ish) gift card instead. Well, I got the same letter yesterday with another gift card. Has this happened to anyone else and how many gift cards did you wind up getting?
