AT&T Unlimited Date Loophole work with Blackberry??

Anybody know if the unlimited data loophole will work with a Blackberry? As in can put my sim card in wife's old bb and choose unlimited data and then switch back to iphone and be "grandfathered in".

My wife moved from a BB to iPhone. She had unlimited on the BB and was able to get unlimited on the iPhone.
