AT&T Unlimited Mobile to Any Mobile Apple site?

For the existing iPhone 4 8GB it shows up just as $20 unlimited. Doesn't mention unlimited mobile to any mobile like it does on AT&T's site. If one pre-orders with just the $20 unlimited text can the unlimited mobile to any mobile be added on later? Thanks

Of course. You can change your plan at any time. I move back and forth between plans a few times a years for travel reasons.

That's a "feature" meaning it's an add-on to your wireless plan. You can change those without affecting your contract term. I wouldn't worry about it, go onto wireless.att.com afterwards to change things around if they're not right.
