I have been able to move my grandfathered unlimited plan from my iPad1 to the 2nd gen after it was released.

Will I be able to do the switch again from iPad2 to iPad(HD) with the 4G LTE on AT&T????

Any one have any insight to this question...

I will be picking my new iPad at the San Fran Union Square store on Friday!

That's great news. I wonder how this will work for those in non-4G areas. Will they continue to pay the $30 a month for unlimited and just wait until 4G is available in their area, or will they choose a Verizon iPad instead where coverage most likely already will be available? Hmm.

iPad will fall back to 3g in non-4g areas.

I will say this though: their "we won't throttle unlimited 4g users" plan. With 4g speeds sometimes exceeding home broadband speeds, I'm half tempted to tether my home PC to my iPad and use the iPads 4g for all my internet use.
